Memorial Day 2011

We spent the day with some sweet friends on their back porch cooking out, it was super windy, story of the summer, so far.  Lot's of kids with water guns and slipin' slides and water balloons. So of course, Maddox had to have a water toy of her own. We had great food and great fun....not so sure about Maddox.

Then Sam showed up!!!!

Now for Maddox's new water toy......Well this isn't good......just look.....we really thought she would love it, she loves the bath we even added hot water from the sink...but doesn't she look cute!

So we decided that we would try again, hey we've got all summer!!!!

6 months

So I am a little behind....but the important thing is, school is out for summer. I am hoping I get a little better at this blogging stuff...as always I hope you enjoy our little life milestones...

Maddox turned 6 months on May 11, that is just the craziest to me.  She is SO MUCH fun.  It really is amazing that no matter how tired or if I am in a bad mood she can take it all away.

At 6 months you weigh 19.13 lbs and 28 1/2 in long.  You love all of your baby food. Your favorites are Hawaiian Blend, Corn and Sweet Potatoes.  You are not a very happy girl if you miss a meal.  

 You love to sit and play with any toy we put in front of you.  Your favorite toy is a damp washcloth you can swing around.  You  laugh pretty much at everything.  The bathtub is by far your favorite place, we can put you in the bathtub and you are completely content with your bath toys and washcloth.  

You "talk" all the time.  You laugh more than you cry, thank goodness!!  You love to go on walks in your stroller.  We are moving you into a bigger car seat....growing too fast.
